PureBond® PFA Pipe

Create an ultra-clean, chemically resistant, leak-free delivery network with our PureBond® weldable PFA pipe. It is suitable for high-purity, high corrosive chemical handling applications where a permanent connection is required. 

  • Provides a rigid, leak-free piping system that is adaptable to other style systems including PrimeLock®, Flaretek®, NPT and flanged fittings
  • All PFA, Schedule 40 pipe is recognized by the Plastic Pipe Institute for having successfully completed material testing to ASTM D2837
  • Available in 1/4″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1 1/2″ and 2″ sizes

PureBond® Welding Tools, 1″ Benchmount Kit

Our 1” benchmount welding tool uses a patented, noncontact heating method to provide a clean and leak-free joint. It allows for proper cutting, facing and heating of PureBond® PFA components to be joined.

  • Portable, lightweight and easy to use
  • Capable of minimum fusible joints with 1/4″ to 1″ PureBond piping products
  • Heater is CE marked per Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC (EN60335-1 and EN60335-2-45)
  • Includes a large bench top base, clamps and inserts, facing tools, shears, a heater and gauging tools

PureBond® Welding Tools, 2″ Benchmount Kit

Our 2” benchmount welding tool uses a patented, noncontact heating method to provide a clean and leak-free joint. It allows for proper cutting, facing and heating of PureBond® PFA components to be joined.

Note: PureBond weldable pipe products are specifically designed, tested and characterized from a material standpoint to work with PureBond fitting and pipe components manufactured by Entegris. Customer assumes the risk of proper fit and weld connection integrity if PureBond weldable pipe products are connected to components manufactured by third parties. Further, customer will assume the risk of proper fit and weld connection integrity if PureBond weldable pipe products are joined using tools that are not either manufactured by or endorsed in writing by Entegris.
